Details
Common complaints from couples include:
"We're arguing all the time."
"We don't talk to each other anymore."
"Things aren't the same as they used to be."
I aim to provide you with a space to reflect and make time for each other. A safe environment where you can explore your concerns in an honest and open way.
Structure
The sessions are 50 minutes long and weekly. Initially I will see you once or twice for a consultation in order to establish the best way for us to work together.
Fees
£100 - £120 for couples
£90 for individuals
As well as the session time, fees include preparation for sessions, cost of professional supervision and appropriate insurance and indemnity cover.
Approach
I practice mainly from a psychodynamic perspective, which means I do not generally give advice. Instead we use our time together to make sense of the root of your difficulty and ultimately foster change. This may include thinking about the past.
